Yes. We are the Authorised Super Stockist and National Promoter for FOSROC Chemicals India Pvt. Ltd. across Northeast India. Every FOSROC product we supply is sourced directly from the manufacturer with full traceability and technical backing.
We serve all eight states of Northeast India: Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and Sikkim. Our head office is in Guwahati and we send certified applicator teams to project sites across the region.
FM2 is an international floor flatness classification that defines the maximum permissible deviation from a true flat plane. It is the minimum specification for warehouses with high-bay racking, manufacturing plants with heavy machinery, cold storages and logistics hubs. We deliver FM2 flooring through laser-guided concrete placement and Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete, in partnership with Confloor Technologies LLP.
Epoxy is the right specification where temperatures are stable and you need maximum hardness, chemical resistance and easy cleaning: warehouses, factories, pharma plants, food processing. PU is right where temperatures swing, there is UV exposure or the substrate moves: cold storages, hospital OTs, car parks, outdoor zones. Many serious facilities use both, in different zones. We assess your site and specify the right one.
For new construction with accessible structural concrete, FOSROC crystalline waterproofing is the most durable, it becomes part of the concrete itself and cannot peel or delaminate. For exposed terraces, a Polyurethane waterproofing system gives excellent protection with the flexibility to accommodate structural movement and thermal cycling. For retrofits and complex geometries, PU Magnum and Poly Urea liquid-applied systems work well. Substrate preparation is where most failures start.
Both. We are a certified applicator as well as a distributor. For FOSROC, Hilti, Elkem and Asian Paints products, we supply materials on their own or execute the full project: site assessment, specification, application and handover. For VDF and FM2 flooring, we execute in partnership with Confloor Technologies LLP.
Yes. We execute diamond cutting and core drilling projects across Northeast India using Hilti diamond systems. Typical applications: openings for services in structural slabs, controlled demolition of reinforced concrete, and precision coring for MEP installations. We bring our own certified operators, the equipment and the consumables.
